RBI Assistant Eligibility Criteria
To be hired as an RBI Assistant, you must meet the following requirements.
RBI Assistant Nationality
- A citizen with Indian nationality
- 20 to 28 years of age
- a graduate degree with at least 50% of the required marks from a reputable institution approved by the Indian government
- good computer skills
RBI Assistant Educational Qualification
Candidates for RBI Assistant 2023 must hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum cumulative final score of 50%. Along with knowledge in the official languages of specific states, computer literacy is a requirement.
- For the SC/ST/PWD categories, a passing grade of only 50% is required.
- For candidates who fall under the SC, ST, or PWD categories, a passing grade is sufficient (there is no requirement for a minimum of 50%).

To qualify to apply for the RBI Assistant 2023 Exam, a candidate must be between the ages of 20 and 28. From the table below, you can see how old you can be according to government regulations. Only candidates who must have been born between February 2, 1994, and January 2, 2002 (both days included) may submit an application.

RBI Assistant Selection Process

The Preliminary Examination for the position of RBI Assistant 2023 includes three sections: English, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning. A 0.25-point deduction will be applied. Candidates who pass the RBI Assistant Preliminary Exam must take the RBI Assistant Mains Exam. RBI Assistant Language proficiency test
A language proficiency test (LPT) will be administered to the applicants who have been tentatively selected from the main online examination. The official or regional language of the state in question will be used for the language competency test, as described below. Candidates will not be considered for the selection process if they are not fluent in the official or local language.
