Gujarat Police Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

First Stage: Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Candidates take the Physical Standards Test (PST), which measures their weight, height, and chest (for male candidates only). Those that fulfill the requirements advance to the following phase.
Physical Efficiency Test (PET): To evaluate a candidate’s physical fitness, they put them through exercises like jogging, long jumping, high jumping, etc. Depending on the role being applied for, the criteria could change.
Stage 2: Written Exam: Those who pass the PET/PST and are deemed qualified take a written exam. Exam topics include Reasoning, General Knowledge, Mathematics, and Current English and Current Affairs, depending on the job for which you are applying.
Step 3: Medical Examination: After passing the written exam and having their documents verified, candidates are subjected to a medical examination to make sure they are in good health and meet the requirements of the position.
