- (a) He or she must be in possession of a legitimate degree from an accredited university in any field.
- (b) Candidates holding a certificate for an integrated dual degree (IDD) shall confirm the date of the IDD’s successful completion. Those who are in their last year/semester of graduation may also submit a provisional application with the caveat that, if chosen, they must present documentation showing they completed the graduation examination.
- (c) Matriculate Ex-Servicemen with the Indian Army Special Certificate of Education or a comparable certificate in the Navy or Air Force who have served for at least 15 years in the Union’s Armed Forces are also qualified for the position.
